Ages: Recommended for Ages 3-12

Times: Saturday or Sunday at Noon, 2pm or 4pm

Parent/Tot & Preschool Gym

Parent/Tot and Preschool gymnastics are lots of FUN for ages 18mos. - 3yrs. and ages 3 - 4 respectively. Both classes teach Tumbling, Bars, Rings, Balance Beam and Trampoline. Both include lots of ways to raise a child's self-esteem while building Strength, Flexibility, Balance and Coordination. These classes also include plenty of work on Counting, Colors, Shapes, Sizes and Directions.

Children ages 3 & 4 may enter into the Preschool class if parents feel that their Social Skills are advanced enough to follow a coach's instructions during circle time and during skills exercises.

Summer Camps
Bounce & Birthdays is the place to be this Summer for Full-Day and Partial-Day Summer Camps. Camps begin Monday June 4, 2007 and run through Friday August 10, 2007. There is lots of FUN, games and activities planned every day from 7:30am - 5:30pm. More details are below:
